Happy New Year. The house looks fantastic! I’ve been ‘unplugged’ for a while and just got back to the world email/cell phone. Will try to reach you this week. Can’t wait to see the new place. And the hat (from 1/1/04) looks great.

Our house is on a very wooded lot that slopes down in the back. So, from the main floor of the house, you are looking into the treetops. We call this effect “Squirrel TV” because our dogs like to sit at the windows and watch the squirrels. Sometimes the squirrels see them, come close to the windows, and tease them, causing dogs to bark like demented maniacs…..

Awwwww… What a sweet little girl! We’re still trying to keep Bear from climbing up on the kitchen table to watch squirrel antics outside. All 100 lbs of him will go crashing through the tabletop one of these days…
A bench is a great idea. Sadie would look adorable on her own little throne!
