Fall Novel Workshops

Hey folks,

I hope that your summer is going well! I’ve been working with some great writers in coaching sessions and manuscript consultations, and will now take August off to focus exclusively on my own projects and to absolutely glut myself on reading for pleasure. In September I’ll be back with both of my novel workshops. There are still spots available in each. If you’re working on a novel, or would like to start one, keep reading. If you aren’t a writer, please feel free to pass this along to someone who is, or just scroll down to the end for a wholehearted book recommendation. Either way, I’ll be back in September with regular blog posts.

If you have (or will soon have) a complete draft of a novel, and want to workshop the entire manuscript in a small, dedicated, supportive group of writers, Beginning, Middle, and End: Whole Novel Workshop is for you. We’ll meet on Monday evenings from September 8th to December 8th, via Zoom.

Registration is also open for the 9-Month Novel Intensive that I offer through Literary Arts. This class is suitable for writers at any stage of the writing process, whether you’re still zeroing in on an idea for a novel or you’ve been working on your project for years. We offer two sections to meet demand, so you can choose the Wednesday or the Thursday evening class. Both meet via Zoom.

Haven’t worked with me before? Here are some testimonials.

I’d love to see you in one of these classes! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Yours,
Cari

PS: Speaking of reading for pleasure, I strongly recommend Headshot by Rita Bullwinkel. I absolutely LOVED this novel. Definitely check it out.
