Sadly, they don’t seem quite as interested in the aphids.
(For some reason–okay, for many reasons–I thought of Norma when I spotted these two.)

Well, me, I’m not so fond of the turnips — but I’m sorry yours are getting eaten by INTERLOPER INSECTS.
apparently ladybug nymphs have a more voracious appetite for aphids…in case you were wondering. we need to get some for our italian plum tree. stupid aphids.
ROFL. What, ME?! Heehee.
Let me ask: Are those ladybugs red or yellow-orange? If they’re the nasty yellow-orange Asian beetles, I believe they couldn’t care less about the aphids. And they’re creepy and they invade one’s home, and I hate them. If they’re the red ones, … well, they might just be more interested in the sex right now. heh.
It would appear that your ladybugs are too busy copulating to eat the aphids. Give them time…eventually the honeymoon period will wear off.
