  2. Love the red in those socks. You must be a really patient or very fast knitter. I could never finish any that long. But those are great!

  9. Love those socks. What pattern did you use? Do they stretch out and slip down? I want to make some long socks–these short socks are too cold for me! Great work!

  13. Those are fabulous. Are the stripes just a result of the patter in the yarn, or did you have to knit them in?

  16. Sexiest. new. sock. picture.

    ever.

And those socks totally kick ass too. Did you get that yarn at Rhinebeck? Not that I’d be surprised if it were different yarn I’m thinking of, but I thought I remembered seeing those lovely shades in your basket of goodies.

  18. Since others have paved the way — the first thing I thought when I read this entry the other day — “Damn! She has eviable legs. I would NEVER allow the my unclothed thighs to be photographed, particularly whilst sitting.”

The socks, by the way, are also enviable!

  19. I’ve been looking for a tall sock pattern like that. I dont want kneesocks but i want taller than normal socks. Can you share? Cant find one like it anywhere on your blog so I’m not sure if it’s a free one you found or if you paid for it. obviously, if you bought it just tell me where to go so *I*can buy it too. 😀
