Now that I’ve already emailed the link to at least 20 of you…
…for everyone else who is dying for some vegetarian crock pot risotto…
I got both risotto recipes mentioned in the post below from this book.
The recipes are copyrighted material, not my own, so I won’t be posting them. I will say that it’s a great cookbook and definitely worth owning.
Thanks for the link. Do you have a pressure cooker? There are some great recipes for risotto in no time.

Thanks for the link! I was considering writing you… I haven’t used my crock pot since I moved in with my vegetarian boyfriend.

Terrific! Thanks.

I wanted to let you know I love the Baby Yoda sweater! I just finished one in some a bright colorblock arrangement (not very Jedi-like, I realize, but adorable nonetheless), and I’ve got plans to make another in sage.
Here’s a link to my blog if you’d like to see the pic:

I have that one, too. In fact, I just put in the sweet potato barley risotto. I add wine and creme fraiche.
We’ve also made the lasagna, chili and succotash. I’m looking forward to trying more recipes.

As I understand it, you can’t really copyright a recipe very effectively. The list of ingredients is a list, so it’s a “fact” so only the written directions have to be rephrased to copy it.
