Sadie and Diego and the Blustery Day

The wind has been intense the last couple of days, and we’ve had to drag the dogs along on their walks. They don’t want to be out there at all, and I can’t say I blame them. It’s tough to be a tiny aerodynamic dog in a strong wind. They’d much rather stay in bed.

So would I. Yawn. Nothing much to say today. I’ve got a looming deadline, as usual. As usual, I’d rather be knitting. Sigh. Happy Friday.

  1. Oh, they’re happy, ain’t they?
Bah to deadlines and bah to Idiot’s Guides to any religion at all (how DO you do it?).
Yay for knitting and warm dogs and friends. 🙂

  2. I want them both. I MUST HAVE THEM! They can come live with my little dog and big dog. My dogs have been living in the bed lately as I have an electric mattress pad. I assume your little lovelies would do the same. Just ADORABLE! The winds here in aGeorgia have been just ghastly as well.

  6. Awwww… I bet Bear would love to pile in there with them! They would be absolutely smooshed, but it would be so cute.

Bear now thinks that Mommy’s an idiot, now, by the way. The winds pushed up all of these enormous leaf piles everywhere, so I think I’m going to be fun and walk though a huge one with him, because he loves to cruch through, but it was a spot along a sidewalk where I forgot there was a 6″ hole in the grass. I go and step into said hole, collapse in a ditch full of leaves, and Bear stands there like I had lost my mind and he didn’t know who to call. Nice. Second time this week I’ve done something like that…

I’m all about my freelance cold read this weekend. Please make it stop…
